In order to improve in our coaching performances we would like the feedback of the parents and players to assess the effectiveness and abilities of our coaching staff. We believe that it is important for you to be honest and fair in your assessment. We need to know what areas need improving and we should also recognize the qualities of the coach that you find exceptional.
The results of these surveys will go to the Coaching Director and Club President. Coaches will not receive copies of the results.
