After Online fee payments for the Summer 2010 Season are closed, all remaining payments will need to be submitted manually;
PLEASE NOTE: When completing a form manually, ensure that all sections are completed and the SIGNED form is sent in WITH APPROPRIATE PAYMENT AMOUNT - forms cannot be processed without receipt of payment.
